STATUTO DEL TRUST: ELENCO DEGLI SCOPI [for English see below on grey background]
A- Lo scopo del trust è l’Alto Scopo morale di promuovere, onorare e tutelare l’esistenza in vita dei beneficiari del proprio Stato e quella della discendenza dello stesso, difendere i diritti umani in ottemperanza degli OBBLIGHI GIURIDICI previsti nel Diritto Internazionale rectius in ossequio alla Risoluzione ONU 60/147 del 2005 e come espressamente indicato dalla C.E.D.U., dalla D.U.D.U, dalla Convenzione dei Diritti del Fanciullo e dalla Convenzione dell’Aja ratificati dallo Stato Italiano in Leggi di ratifica n°881/77, n°848/55, n°176/91 e n°364/89, nonché dalla Carta dei Diritti Fondamentali dell’unione Europea, dal Trattato di Lisbona, dalla Convenzione Supplementare sull’abolizione della schiavitù e sulle istituzioni e pratiche assimilabili alla schiavitù, dalla Carta Sociale Europea, dalla Carta Europea dei Diritti Umani nella città, dalla Convenzione di Bruxelles e dal Progetto sulla responsabilità nel Diritto Internazionale degli Stati e dei suoi rappresentanti (DPR 29 settembre 1973, n. 601, recante la “Disciplina delle agevolazioni tributarie” che all’articolo 41, rubricato in “Accordi ed Enti internazionali”).
B- Difesa e Tutela Diritti Umani e loro applicazione Art.2/5/11/13/16 Costituzione Repubblica Italia, Difendere e tutelare i fanciulli Difesa e Tutela dei Diritti Umani e loro applicazione Art. 2/5/11/13/16 Costituzione Repubblica Italiana, Difendere e Tutelare i fanciulli ai sensi della ratifica Convenzione Diritti del Fanciullo come da Legge 176/1991, difesa della famiglia e tutela dell’educazione e istruzione art. 29/30/31/32/33/34 Costituzione Repubblica Italia e dettami fondanti dei padri Costituenti, Crescita Educativa, Sviluppo intellettivo attraverso i migliori metodi di istruzione ad oggi riconosciuto dalle direttive Internazionali e recepite negli ordinamenti degli Stati. Compiere ed incentivare studi e ricerche, raccogliere, elaborare, diffondere dati e notizie in campo nazionale ed internazionale per monitorare situazioni e fenomeni inerenti la formazione, orientamento, inserimento nel mondo del lavoro, integrazione sociale, turismo e sport anche a favore di persone svantaggiate sia per condizioni fisiche che psicologiche, sociali, familiari, calcolo usura bancaria, studi e consulenza monetaria, nonché tematiche inerenti la gestione salute, terapie olistiche, del wellness, della coltura biologica, green economy, tutela del territorio e dell’ambiente, favorire nuovi modelli economici basati sulla cooperazione e nuovi modelli sociali di convivenza. Attivare progetti di accompagnamento sociale, dedicati agli anziani autosufficienti che sentono l’esigenza di avere un supporto umano nell’accompagnamento sul territorio locale.
C- Promuovere qualsiasi forma di attività tramite eventi, workshop, ritiri, corsi di approfondimento e formazione, in sinergia con enti, istituzioni anche universitarie, pubbliche, private, nazionali ed internazionali, curare la pubblicazione di libri, saggi, lavori, nonché promuovere seminari e corsi per inserimento giovani, adulti in mobilità, implementare corsi, seminari in ogni settore culturale e che esemplificativamente si enunciano nella pedagogia, sociologia, filosofia, anche orientale, tutela dei beni storici ed artistici, ville e dimore storiche, organizzare eventi nelle stesse, pittura, teatro, letteratura e musica, antropologia e religione, giornalismo, marketing commerciale, libertà finanziaria, culturale, territoriale e mettere in atto strategie ed azioni per promuovere cultura diffusa. Inoltre promuovere consulenze, servizi per la famiglia, gestire periodi di transizione di attività pregresse che non rispondono integralmente all’intento etico già affermato, fino alla concreta trasformazione delle stesse. Peraltro il Trustee è Ministro di Culto con l’iscrizione n° 18 “Reverendo Reiyo Ekai – Leonardo Anfolsi” nei registri dell’Unione Buddhista Italiana, secondo la ratifica dell’intesa con lo Stato Italiano dell’11 Dicembre 2012 (G.U.17 Gen 2013 n. 14); sono quindi parte del suo ministero di culto l’insegnamento e l’aiuto, tutti impegni per lui quotidiani che vede facilitati grazie al suo status di trustee.
STATUTE OF THE TRUST: THE PURPOSES
A- This trust has the High Moral Purpose of promoting, honoring and protecting the living existence of the beneficiaries of one’s State and that of the descendants of the same, defending human rights in compliance with LEGAL OBLIGATIONS provided by International Law, Rectius, in compliance with the UN Resolution 60/147 of 2005 and as expressly indicated by the ECHR, the DUDU, the Convention on the Rights of the Child and the Hague Convention ratified by the Italian State in Laws n° 881/77, n° 848/55, n° 176/91 and n° 364/89, as well as in the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, the Lisbon Treaty, the Supplementary Convention on the abolition of slavery and on similar institutions and practices to slavery, from the European Social Charter, from the European Charter of Human Rights in the city, from the Brussels Convention and the Project on the responsibility in the International Law of States and its representatives (DPR 29 September 1973, n. 601, bearing the “Discipline of tax concessions” which in article 41, entitled “International Agreements and Bodies”).
B- Defense and Protection of Human Rights and their application Art.2 / 5/11/13/16 Constitution of the Italian Republic, Defend and protect children Defense and Protection of Human Rights and their application Art. 2/5/11/13/16 Constitution of the Italian Republic, Defend and Protect children pursuant to the ratification of the Convention on the Rights of the Child as per Law 176/1991, defense of the family and protection of education and instruction art. 29/30/31/32/33/34 Constitution of the Italian Republic and founding dictates of the Constituent Fathers, Educational Growth, Intellectual Development through the best methods of education currently recognized by international directives and implemented in the laws of the States. Carry out and encourage studies and research, collect, process, disseminate data and news in the national and international field to monitor situations and phenomena related to training, orientation, insertion into the world of work, social integration, tourism and sport also in favor of disadvantaged people both for physical and psychological, social, family conditions, calculation of bank usury, studies and monetary advice, as well as issues related to health management, holistic therapies, wellness, organic farming, green economy, protection of the territory and the environment, favoring new models economic based on cooperation and new social models of coexistence. Activate social support projects, dedicated to self-sufficient elderly people who feel the need to have human support in accompanying them in the local area.
C- Promotion of forms of activity through events, workshops, retreats, in-depth courses and trainings in synergy with organizations and institutions including universities public, private, national and international; curate the publication of books, essays, and research, as well as promote seminars and courses for the insertion of young people and adults in the process of changing careers into the professional world; implement courses, seminars in every cultural sector, for example in pedagogy, sociology, philosophy – including oriental; the protection of historical and artistic heritage, villas and historic homes including the organization of events in said villas; painting, theater, literature and music, anthropology and religion, journalism, commercial marketing; financial, cultural, territorial freedom and implemention of strategies and actions for the widespread promotion of culture. In addition, promoting consultancy, family support services, managing transition periods from previous activities that do not fully respond to the ethical intent already stated, arriving at the concrete transformation of the same. Moreover, the Trustee is Minister of Worship with the inscription n° 18 “Reverend Reiyo Ekai – Leonardo Anfolsi” in the registers of the Italian Buddhist Union (https://unionebuddhistaitaliana.it/chi-siamo/i-ministri-di-culto/), according to the ratification of the agreement with the Italian State of 11 December 2012 (GU17 Jan 2013 no. 14 http://www.gazzettaufficiale.it/eli/gu/2013/01/17/14/sg/pdf from pag.5 on); therefore, teaching and humanitarian aid are integral parts of his ministry of worship, being all daily commitments that are facilitated thanks to his status as trustee.
Leonardo Trustee Anfolsi è quindi non più soggetto giuridico tassabile o amministrativamente imputabile, essendo libero dalla Corporation STATO ITALIA che ha sede legale a Londra [https://sec.report/CIK/0000052782] ed è depositata presso il SEC (camera di commercio) di Washington D.C . [https://www.sec.gov/edgar/browse/?CIK=0000052782] peraltro non segretamente ma in modo rilevabile da chiunque online. Questa corporation è stata fondata dapprima per entrare in una borsa di buoni/valori su base aurea dei numerosi stati nazionali che vi hanno partecipato, in numero di circa 190. Essendo che su questa base è aumentato il potere di banche>finanziarie>multinazionali a scapito sempre più degli stati sovrani, ecco che la figura del “soggetto giuridico”, cioé di ROSSI MARIO, si è venuta sempre più a delineare, come anche la possibilità di inventare moneta fiat a debito, cioé moneta senza base aurea che da subito implica una necessità da parte di qualcuno di comprarla. Infatti noi compriamo tutto il denaro che usiamo come nazione dalla BCE, e la paghiamo siamo come “carta” (circa 20 cent.) che come VALORE! Quindi se vogliamo mettere in circolo una carta da 500 €, prima li paghiamo alla BCE e poi li mettiamo a disposizione di una banca.
Leonardo Trustee Anfolsi is therefore no longer a taxable or administratively imputable legal entity, being free from the STATO ITALIA Corporation which has its registered office in London [https://sec.report/CIK/0000052782] and is filed with the SEC (Chamber of Commerce) of Washington D.C.[https://www.sec.gov/edgar/browse/?CIK=0000052782] furthermore not secretly but in a way that anyone can find online.This corporation was first founded to enter into a gold-based bond/value exchange of the numerous national states that participated in it, numbering some 190. As the power of banks>financiers>multinationals grew on this basis to the increasing detriment of the sovereign states, the figure of the 'debitor legal entity', i.e. of ROSSI MARIO, became more and more apparent, as did the possibility of inventing fiat money on a debit basis, i.e. money without a gold base, which immediately implies a need for someone to buy it. In fact we buy all the money we use as a nation from the ECB, and we pay for it is as 'paper' (about 20 cents) than as VALUE! So if we want to put €500 worth of paper into circulation, we first pay it to the ECB and then put it into a bank.

“Quando mi accorsi di quanto la mia attività di uomo pensante fosse torturata dai contorti obblighi imposti da una vellutata dittatura politica, oramai così tipica e stabilita nel mio paese, decisi di trovare una soluzione per sentirmi libero di donare quanto sono capace di fare agli altri, come ogni Ministro di Culto dovrebbe poter fare, come ogni vero italiano dovrebbe sentire doveroso. Questa volontà viene invece scoraggiata da ogni ordine di furbesca malversazione nell’organizzazione della cosa pubblica. Per essere libero da questa ferocia oramai assunta a identità dalla maggioranza di coloro che rappresenterebbero il popolo italiano (inoculato di sieri genici al 60%), ho deciso di fondare questo trust a beneficio di ogni mia attività e, spero con tutto il mio cuore, a beneficio in primis di chi vi partecipa e, quindi, per aiutare tutti“.
